Cancellation policy for the winter season on request.
Cancellations made more than 31 days before the arrival date: 80% of the amount paid can be refunded. 20% of this amount will be retained plus PayPal commission.
Cancellation made less than 30 days before the date of arrival: The sums paid will be retained in full by the accommodation provider.
All requests for cancellation must be sent in writing to each of the accommodation providers individually.
The accommodation provider reserves the right to impose how the refund will be made. The opening of a PayPal account or other request may be a condition for the refund.
The host is obliged to make the refund within 90 days of the date of the request.
Please note that some cancellation conditions may exceptionally remain specific to each accommodation.
