Cancellations made more than 30 days before arrival:
80% of the amount paid will be refunded. 20% of the amount paid plus the PayPal commission will be retained to cover the cost of refunding and processing the cancellation.
Cancellations made less than 30 days before arrival. In winter 48 hours in case of very bad weather:
100% of the amount paid will be kept by the host. Cancellations less than 48 hours prior to arrival are considered as a no show.
The cancellation request must be sent in writing to the host by 11.59pm on the day in question, in the time zone of the host.
The host reserves the right to impose how the refund will be made. The opening of a PayPal account or other requests may be a condition for the refund.
